| In margine superiori folium 1 habet eamdem notam (scil. Altaempsianam); ac praeterea tituli versionem latinam, sed haud recte, et deinde: Ἀρχὴ σὺν Θεῷ τῆς εἰς τὴν γένεσιν τῶν ἐκλογῶν ἐπιτομῆς ΠΡΟΚΟΠΙΟΥ χριστιανοῦ σοφιστοῦ. Fol. 85v adnotatur: "Desunt nonnulla". Fol. 294 A. Maius adnotavit: "deest pars aliqua". Ad calcem novissimae pagellae 309 legitur: Τέλος βιβλίου τοῦ Προκοπίου τῶν ἐκλογῶν· εἰς τὴν γένεσιν· ἐν τῇ τοῦ μηνὸς
μαρτίου ἡμέρᾳ ιθ´. Sine anno. Sequitur iterum praedicta nota Altaempsiana.
